The images in this video installation were shot from the air metro of Moscow Central Circle, the biggest open line, the oldest railway in the city. The film shows the industrial suburb, half-built, half-destroyed, inhuman and desert landscapes. The edit was made with a specific rhythm of images, according to colors and architectural details. The sound projected in the space amplifies the ambiance of a train, its cadence, its beat. Nothing is alive; but the train gives us hope – it still moves.
